White Willow Bark is naturally high in salicylic acid, which gently exfoliates to unclog pores leaving you with a healthy, hydrated glow. Subtropical Hibiscus flowers not only give this toner it’s beautiful pink hues, but, also aids in exfoliating the skin, controlling acne breakouts, increases moisture and improves skin flexibility and elasticity.

HOW DO I USE IT?
After cleansing, shake and spritz the Skin Perfecting Toner 3-5 times & gently pat into skin. Follow up with the Skin Perfecting Creme.
